North American Steel Alliance has created a new feature on its website, “Find Steel: NASA Member Search tool.” The tool (https://steelalliance.com//Who_We_Are/Find_Steel/) allows users to search for a service center by location and/or product offerings. Liberty Steel USA, New York, has completed its acquisitions of Ohio-based companies Solon Specialty Wire and Shaped Wire from Leggett & Platt, opening new product markets and avenues for growth for Liberty in the United States. Solon will be incorporated and managed under the Liberty Johnstown Wire business and will provide additional diversification of product offerings into areas such as optical, medical and shaped wire applications.
